Chairman of the Board
Daniel co-founded Charity Cup in 1997 and currently serves as Chairman. As a serial entrepreneur who has built and led multiple successful technology companies, Daniel brings strategic vision and operational expertise to the board. The first in his family born in the United States to Romanian immigrants, Daniel is passionate about creating opportunities for people to share the gospel through mission work.
His connection to Eastern Europe runs deep, making trips to places like Moldova especially personal. Through soccer and volleyball camps, serving in orphanages, and working alongside medical clinics, teams build relationships that open doors to share Christ’s love with those who need it most. Daniel believes that when people step out to serve and share the gospel, they experience God working through them like never before. Through Charity Cup, he works to create these opportunities for people to serve, grow in their faith, and understand their place in God’s kingdom.
